Overview
Room prices at O’Connell Residence
vary from AUD$195 to AUD$230 per week. The price is determined
by the size
of the room as well as its facilities. Prices are based on
a 52 week / 1 year (minimum) lease agreement. Shorter stay
rates are also available on application.
Included in the price are electricity and gas for lighting,
hot water and cooking in common areas. Some rooms feature
common Hydro Hot Water Heaters and the electricity for this
is also paid for by the landlord. Lighting and electric heating
(selected rooms only) for individual rooms are charged via
a pre-paid card to avoid wastage and expensive sharing of
electricity with other tenants.
